Overview
PawFolio currently ships exclusively within the United States. As we expand, additional regions will be added and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high order volume periods or product sourcing delays, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days

Extended Shipping (select products or remote areas): 10 to 18 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or customs processing (if applicable for imported goods).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to become active.

No hidden handling fees are added at checkout.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@pawfoliostore.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
PawFolio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
